The Aerobic

Aerobic is a type of sport that is carried out effectively to the beat of the music. In addition to increasing energy, the force is trained, flexibility, coordination, and touch. The club has been and remains very popular among women, although more and more men who practice it, leaving aside the topic of which is a women’s sport. The pace of aerobics sessions varies depending on the age of the audience who practice it. The songs used in each session marked the intensity in every moment of the class. Aerobics is a form of aerobic exercise, but not only because there are other forms of the sport as practiced in the aquatic environment -aerobic aqua aerobics combined with muscle tone, also called body power.

The Gym

The gym has its origins in aerobics (gymnastics shaping the body by movements of Music), which itself arises from the jazz-dance or gym-jazz. In 1968, Kenneth H. MD Cooper, Lieutenant-Colonel in the U.S. Army, developed a concept of physical activities in order to provide a gain of form (based on activation of the cardiovascular system) to its practitioners. To demonstrate the usefulness of exercises, he published a book titled “Aerobics”. In the 1970s, the aerobics movement develops, consolidates and becomes especially media under the leadership of Jane Fonda. It creates its own working method it calls: Work Out.
